This is a fantastic furniture store, not only because of the wonderful products, and the way the store is laid out, but because of a particular sales person I was fortunate work with. His name is "Guy" and he spent time with us to educate us on our purchase. We have had experience with the Palliser brand when we bought our sofa a couple of years before and now we were looking to buy theater seats for a house out of state. At that time "Guy" was my salesman and I went back to him because I was impressed with his customer service so we decided to buy the theater seats from him directly. We had an issue since it was out of state on delivery not only on the timing because our house wouldn't be ready but the manufacturer wouldn't deliver to a residence. So "Guy" on his own found a furniture store in the city where we were moving to and set it up to where they would not only accept our furniture but hold it till we were ready for it. Who does that??? This to me is unusual in this day and age that you have a sales person that goes above and beyond what would be typical of a sales person. I can't tell you how much that meant that he followed the sale through to this point rather than just dropping it into our lap. I also met the owner of the store, Brian and he was great to talk to and knows the value of a wonderful employee like "Guy"! There are a lot of furniture stores out there so if customer service is what you want, I can highly recommend this store especially since I depend on yelp reviews before I purchase anything. It seems like in this world we have lost customer service and I am thankful that we had such a great experience with this store and I wanted to share that with other Yelp reviewers.

Very happy with my Custom Designed Sofa. I have had several sofas designed by them over the years. Always a great experience! Highly reccomend this company

We've now bought three pieces of furniture from here: a Svago Newton, a custom made fabric couch, and a leather theater recliner. We've loved every one of our purchases and have enjoyed the process of working with Design Center Furniture. With our most recent purchase we ran into an issue with getting our couch into the desired area of our home. Design Center Furniture went above and beyond to make it work and we couldn't be happier. We worked with both Mike and Guy, and both were very helpful. We will definitely continue coming back here for our future purchases.

Came to Design Center in search of a specific reclining sectional couch. Guy greeted us at the door in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. He quickly found Exactly what we wanted in their inventory. Guy scheduled reasonably priced delivery service and we got our beautiful sectional within days. The wife is very happy with the purchase and service we received. Guy is your guy for furniture!
